John is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in new business development, marketing, operations, land development and planning. He has developed/owned over $20M in real estate across residential and commercial (flex space) asset classes. Having built and sold several service businesses and real estate developments, his current primary focus is real estate where he thrives at identifying opportunities for development and sourcing off-market deals.
